AHHHH!!! :) :)

Just seems like yesterday it all began two years ago. Looking back in this blog is so funny to me now.


For those of you out there who haven't kept up with my life, or have wondered why it has taken me almost a full year to update my blog again....think WALMART.


a part time job I forced myself to get so I could afford rent, to be with George.



I couldn't pin point for the exact moment...because there have been oh so many.

I remember asking my friends a month or so in, if they thought we would ever break up.

The image of Maddi sticking her head out the window screaming "SAMMY AND GEORGE ARE GONNA GET MARRIED!!!" will always be in my head..when we had only been dating a couple of weeks.


Perhaps...moments like these that told me I'd never want to be without him. haha


Over the span of this year, I spent a couple of months paying 325 to sleep on an airbed and share an apartment with him. But I didn't care, we did it on our own together, and that meant more to us than anything. Although buying, and fixing up airbeds after they popped wasn't exactly ideal...I had never been happier.


We moved in together this summer officially, and into a much better place in August.

For the past couple of months, this is where I have been, and I have loved every second of it.

It has been about 2 years now, and here we are. He proposed to me last night, in the most sweet and amazing way I could ever imagine, with the most beautiful ring.

I don't know if a lot of you know how long we have been together, how long we lived together or think it is at all appropriate to be engaged right now....but I don't really care.

He is my best friend.

The best friend I could ever ever have or ask for in this world, to me that is all that matters.

Now for the details...

there are none. lol other than proposal story, but I will save that for whenever I get started with planning and do a wedding website eventually.

its going to be a while till we start freaking out about plans, we have always discussed summer 2012 for the date, because it is after we both graduate, and during the break before he starts law school.

BUT....for the next couple of months I plan on just having fun, and enjoying being engaged! we will crack down on details way later, but now its time to just be happy and celebrate.

....now since George will probably look at this....I could go on some long intensely nauseating paragraph about how much I love him.

BUT..

I will spare you guys.

George I love you with all my heart, thank you for everything you do and when our day comes you are going to make me the happiest girl in the world :)
